A graduate of Mimar
Sinan University, Faculty of Architecture (1983),
Rüksan Tuna has, within her
portfilo, twenty-five years of experience in design, project
design and application and for the last three years enriching
these experiences by her continuous research on sustainability.
Her travels and studies especially in Europe encompasses the
areas of ecological architecture, energy-effective buildings,
energy saving, use of solar energy and wind power, hydro-and
geothermal energy, solar cells, passive houses, heat and sound
isolation, heat pumps, daylight usage and solar control,
greywater-rainwater usage, and waste managment.
